We're hosting supper club this weekend and I am super excited about the theme. We're going Rick Bayless style and making Mexican gourmet for the night. I've been working on the decor (think chic mexican) and the menu is set... looking forward to an evening of laughter, fine food and lots of libations with good friends!

Vegetables - Fried Plantains or Beans/Rice

And the libations include Peach-Riesling Sangria, Tropical Margaritas, Cerveza and Wine!
