First off.. I am sorry for being absent lately. Life was crazy hectic last month and this month is turning out to be much of the same. I promise that I'll be a better blogger this year... pinkie swear!
Speaking of this year, it's January 16th and I am just now thinking of my New Year's Resolution. Usually I look forward to starting the year fresh with a few resolutions and abide by the resolutions for about 2 months. To mix it up this year I am going to do a new resolution each month and will make it my year of mini goals (that hopefully stick for more than a month!).
JANUARY = 3 WORKOUTS A WEEK
So for the rest of January I am committing myself to doing at least 3 workouts a week. Yes, I know I am jumping on the healthy bandwagon with the rest of the population but this needs to happen. And these are legitimate go to the gym and sweat workouts, not the "I just cleaned the house so that counts as a workout" workout. Wish me luck and stay tuned for updates.... Happy 2012!!!
