Found these watermelon sandwiches on Pinterest and cannot wait to harvest some of my basil and make these goodies. They look so cool and refreshing on a hot summer day.

With our "South of the Border" supper club around the corner, I've used Pinterest to organize my thoughts on the theme, menu and decor. Here's one Pinterest recipe that I am really excited to try... iced mexican coffee. What a perfect way to end a delicious fiesta?

I love love love this knitted baby blanket from Purl Soho... the design is so "in" (chevrons are everywhere!) and it just looks so warm and cuddly. Usually I "pin" things with the goal of going back and starting the project someday. Well, I fell in love with this immediately and had to make this special blanket for the new baby that's on the way (and...no, not my baby... my sister-in-law is pregnant). I changed the colors slightly and cannot wait to see how it turns out!
Thanks to one of the moms from my "moms" group, I learned about this amazing little nugget of goodness. The no-bake energy bites are super easy to make, relatively healthy and tastes sooo incredibly good that it's hard to eat just one. I highly suggest trying it out!

P.S. It's great with morning coffee, as an afternoon snack and for dessert!
This year we're hosting Easter dinner for our family and I've decided to use my Pinterest Easter Pin Board to plan some elements of the event... here's the cool things I am going to try to do and we'll see how my version of these pins turns out. Stay tuned for pics this weekend! Happy (early) Easter!

This is my favorite "pin" of the week - an Easter decoration made with apothecary jars filled with faux Easter eggs from BHG.com. What I love about this decoration is that it is simple, pretty, colorful and natural. The apothecary jars would look stunning on a mantel or would shine as your centerpiece for Easter brunch. Plus, I think you could keep it out as a "spring" decoration and get a little more longevity than only using it for Easter decor. Isn't it lovely? Now, I am off to find some apothecary jars... Ciao!

I have a lot of fabric and felt remnants hanging around the house that are quite small. I've thought of making a hodge-podge quilt out of them but am not sure if it would look okay. Well, my friend Erinn recently pinned this great memory game project from PurlBee and it solves two things for me... it helps me use those remnants and is an adorable way to create a fun memory game for Miss N. I cannot wait to add this to the project list and get started. Check it out...

I love Pinterest, doesn't everyone? While pinning today, I found this adorable pink tulip wall hanging (thanks to the pin by inspiredbycharm.com!!!):
It's so fresh, cheerful and perfect for Spring. This hanging is the creative work of Ever Blooming Originals and their ETSY shop has the most delightful floral designs. I absolutely love this wreath and cannot wait to pick one up!
