We were feeling quite patriotic today (isn't everyone?!?) and started our day off with a new smoothie concoction - The Red, White and Blue Smoothie. We used frozen fruit for this amazing little treat but you could probably use fresh fruit too!

Red, White + Blue Smoothie Recipe
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup water
drizzle of honey
Place all ingredients in your blender and give it a whirl. Add more water if you'd like it to be a little thinner. Pour, add a fun straw, and enjoy!
